Approval Process

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Willingness and ability to open a restaurant.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in casual dining or (fast casual) as owner/operator.
  3. Have a proven record of having managed, developed or operated a restaurant.
  4. Minimum liquidity of $250,000, based on the estimate for the development of the unit, as well as your capacity to obtain third party financing.
  5. We are open to discussing multiple locations.
  6. Must have passion for the industry and strong belief in our concept.
  7. Ability to establish an infrastructure dedicated to the development of our brand.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND PROCEDURES:

  1. Completed pre-qualification form via internet.
  2. The following additional information will be required following our acceptance of your pre-application.
    1. Completed Franchise Application
    2. Current personal financial statement and prior 3 years tax returns.
  3. Credit, business and personal references, two of each.
  4. Comprehensive detailed business plan for your requested project.
  5. Presentation by applicant of their development plan coupled with a question and answer session at the Eggspectation home office with the Executive Committee.
  6. Approval process and sign off by the Executive Committee.
