The idea sprung to life in Montreal in 1993, where we began with a passion for menu innovation and memorable experiences. Since then, we’ve grown into the USA, Egypt, Pakistan, Qatar and UAE.
From day one, we focused on delivering exceptional food in a trendy, and engaging ambiance. We developed a cosmopolitan-cool vibe utilizing industrial chic décor with contemporary artwork.
Curating a menu that would stand out led us to offer a large, satisfying and quite diverse list of guest favorites. We took staple ingredients and creatively expanded upon them.
